RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Largo Pallets, we are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to provide transparency regarding our return and refund procedures. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy
All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. As such, returns, exchanges, and refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by management.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your request must be initiated within 10 calendar days of the original purchase date.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or invoice issued by Largo Pallets bearing your name or business name.

You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID that has not expired.

The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging where applicable.
Please note: Items sold as-is, damaged, or heavily discounted liquidation items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returning items to Jimmy Pallets. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Largo Pallets will not be held liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the returned item.

Our team will assess the condition and validity of the return based on the eligibility criteria.

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items purchased beyond the 10-day return window

Pallets or products sold at liquidation, clearance, or “as-is” status

Custom orders or special request items

Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a purchase dispute, customers are required to:

Cooperate fully during our internal investigation process

Understand that decisions made by Largo Pallets regarding disputes are final unless otherwise governed by local consumer protection laws.
